@bellis1994 @privatecitizenn Of course it is very sad and senseless for the family who lost a mother and wife.
We won't know until all the facts are out what's going to happen to Baldwin, maybe he did follow all the rules but there will be a civil lawsuit for sure.
English

@claudlemire @privatecitizenn He's not guilty of manslaughter, but I believe he has some responsibility. I guess we will see. Very sad nonetheless - poor lady.
English

This was not a tragic accident but negligence
1. There should never be live rounds in a movie set
2. Everyone on a movie set has a right to inspect a weapon before it's fired
3. There is no reason to ever put a person in front of a weapon that's firing mol.im/a/10123493

This guy is enamored with his own voice, let's don't forget @BarackObama delivered to the world Donald Trump on a silver tray.
He's not different than those he is criticizing.
The Hill@thehill
Former President @BarackObama: "We don't have time to be wasted on these phony trumped-up culture wars, this fake outrage, the right-wing media's pedals to juice their ratings."
English

@bellis1994 @privatecitizenn I'm not so sure about that, and we don't know yet if Baldwin is guilty or not.
English

@claudlemire @privatecitizenn Bet there won't be, and it certainly won't be Baldwin.
English

@bellis1994 @privatecitizenn As negligent as this seems to be, in a movie set you should be able to trust whoever handles the weapons, there will be charges, we just don't know for who yet.
English

@privatecitizenn @claudlemire Right? Even I know that the user always checks the gun before using it, and I don't shoot much.
English

@privatecitizenn It will depend in what was said before the shot was fired and how it was fired.
English

@claudlemire Both had a duty to act safely. If they didnt know checking a guns contents prior to use it was their responsibility theyre still guilty of negligent storage use of a handgun.
I say again both but mostly baldwin as he fired it without ensuring contents.

@privatecitizenn I'm sure there will be charges, if not to Baldwin, the person in charge of weapons.
English

@claudlemire Exactly
The govt could legislate film to toy guns only. This being a workplace safety incidence if it was in canada heads would roll. I hope someone is held in part responsible for this persons life taken away.
English

Maybe, maybe not.
BUT it's a plus having more people speaking out with @MargaretAtwood's position to bring more awareness of the toxic activism and unacceptable cancel culture wars we've been living under over the last few years.

English

@privatecitizenn And if true that it was pointed directly to cinematographer, that's even worse.
English

@claudlemire The end users has a duty to ensure the gun is empty of real ammo. If he doesn't know the difference between blanks and real. He shouldn't of have handled it. He is guilty of negligence

Jesus, Mary and Joseph and the wee donkey, #LineOfDuty will return for a seventh series! 🤩
Can't wait @jed_mercurio, CAN'T HARDLY WAIT!

@claudlemire All my theatre and film people are stunned at the level of all round negligence on this.

I just don’t understand why a live round was anywhere near the set (let alone in the gun) to begin with.
The Associated Press@AP
"This is super unsafe." Seven crew members walked off the set of the movie "Rust" over safety and other complaints, hours before Alec Baldwin shot and killed a cinematographer with a gun a crew member said contained no live ammo. apne.ws/ENQkY2q
