@RoyalMailHelp I sent a parcel with tracking on 19/01 and it’s seems to have been held at the Mount Pleasant delivery office since 21/01. Can you tell me why it hasn’t been delivered yet?

@ww_uk I cancelled my membership last month but have just had a payment taken from my bank account. That’s totally unacceptable and looking at other peoples tweets seems like you do this a lot! Are you scamming people or something?

@ArgosHelpers I bought some garden furniture that was delivered on 17 June and the seam along one of the cushions is splitting already. Not the quality I’d expect from some pretty expensive furniture.

@AXAHealth Finally got through on live chat to ask about a physio appointment. Told to use doctor at hand for a referral. Doctor at hand tells me I don’t need a referral and to use Working Body. Can’t find any way to access Working Body and now chat is saying no one available.😡

@clegrice Ah, I see. If you download your statement - does it state if you need to make a manual payment or if we'll collect a Direct Debit? ^GW

@AskVirginMoney I filled in my info for a direct debit to pay my credit card ages ago but it’s still saying it’s being set up in the app, making me late for my first payment. Why would it be taking so long?

@AskVirginMoney Also in my bank account there’s a direct debit showing as set up for Virgin Money.

@clegrice Did you request to set that Direct Debit up after that had been produced? ^RS

@Barclaycard I’ve just got a new Barclaycard and have activated it but when I try to use it my payments are being declined. I went into the app to use the chat function but I’ve only got the option to call. Is there a reason I don’t have the chat option?

@DeliverooHelp Your live chat doesn’t seem to be working. I’ve been waiting an hour and a half for my order. Called the restaurant they put me on hold and didn’t come back. Called again they didn’t know if the order had gone out yet. Now says delivered but it definitely hasn’t!
