Ja, genau so funktioniert es im Kern: Beim Verpfänden von Bitcoin als Kreditsicherheit bekommst du das Darlehen steuerfrei (keine Einnahme). Du investierst das Geld und lebst von den Zinsen – die sind aber als Kapitalerträge steuerpflichtig (Abgeltungsteuer 25 % + Soli). Deine BTC bleiben erhalten und können weiter wachsen. In Deutschland ist Verkauf nach >1 Jahr Haltefrist sowieso komplett steuerfrei, daher brauchst du den „Trick“ weniger als in den USA. Bei Erbschaft übernehmen Kinder den alten Anschaffungspreis (kein Step-up), Haltefrist läuft aber weiter. Achtung: Zinskosten des Kredits und Risiken (z. B. Margin Call) beachten!
