@climote hi, I’m having some connection issues with the app. We updated our router and since then we cannot access the app to control the heating. I cannot find a solution on your faq pages.

@climote When I ask for a one hour hot water boost by sms it comes on but never goes off. Only goes off with a cancel boost sms.

@climote your new app is a disaster. I’ve been blocked out of it since update, emailing back and forth for 2 days with a rep and still no further forward!! Tried calling helpline, open from 8.30am, and cut off twice!!!
