@Buseireann what is your problem? Why do you have imaginary ghost buses on your routes and apps? What is wrong with you?

@talktoBOI I've had two payments to two different businesses refused when trying to pay with bank of ireland credit and debit cards. AIB and Revolut cards worked. I would suggest reviewing your anti fraud setup - it's too zealous.

@talktoBOI Why do I have to input my PIN every 2 or three times I tap with my BOI debit card? It's quite inconvenient. This doesn't happen with AIB or Revolut cards? What is the point of tapping? Your IT offering, mobile app etc. are sub par. You really need to get it together.

@rodericogorman I would like to ask why the 2025 budget included an extension of free public transport to children under 8 but no detail was provided when this would come into effect please? When is this change to be implemented? TFI are unable to answer this query.

@Buseireann cancelled bus follow by ghost bus followed by ghost bus. Don't schedule buses if you don't have the vehicles or drivers surely????

@IrishWater water cut off in parts of southside of Cork tonight due to works. Given that you have all our contact details when we were charged for water why can't you send a mass text to the users affected advising them of the interruption in advance? This is not good enough.

@talktoBOI is there any chance that BOI will be refunding a portion of the monthly bank charges paid by their customers? Your banking App is not reliable and has been out of action several times recently. Without the App online banking is impossible.
