The first workshops for the Certificate in Point of Care Ultrasound (POCUS) with the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland. Great to have 12 physicians taking part this week! This programme is a combination of online learning, workshops and 1:1s with a trainer 🙌

After 10 incredible years in @DCU transforming lives and societies, working with the amazing @TEU_DCU , it is time for a new chapter in my life. It has been a pleasure and privilege. Next month I'm moving to @EY_Ireland to start a new exciting adventure.

Requiring an ID to provide train the trainer sessions for other people in the company to train isn't right. Yes, ID should host design sessions/meetings, but not facilitate a full on training session. This responsibility will guarantee talented IDs will not apply to the job.

It is too often instructional design jobs are advertised with a primary responsibility of training facilitation. ID is becoming a buzz word on job adverts without the advertiser understanding the title or the value IDs add - which isn't the delivery of synchronous training
