@cloudmercato I think there is an issue on the OCI A1.Flex instance pricing. Example with pcr.cloud-mercato.com/providers/orac… Price is 0.01$ per core/h + 0.0015$ per GB/h -> 420$ /month (730h) (instead of 245$/month).

@gchampeau @clever_cloudFR Le hardware fait la différence aussi aussi. @clever_cloud a des machines aux petits oignons Mais ne pas négliger le hardware, graviton chez @awscloud , TPU chez @googlecloud, etc (Choses moins pertinentes si on reste côté #paas, c'est vrai)

Pour ceux qui croyaient que les AWS, Google Cloud ou Microsoft Azure avaient leurs propres datacenters en France. En réalité, ils ont le même type d'infras physiques qu'un @clever_cloudFR. Le logiciel, lui, fait la différence entre les offres 🇫🇷 et 🇺🇸. journaldunet.com/web-tech/cloud…

@gchampeau @clever_cloudFR Ecologiquement c'est toujours mieux de mutualiser 😉 Comme le dit souvent @ylechelle, @Scaleway héberge parmi les acteurs majeurs du #Cloud tout en étant concurrent sur la partie Cloud.

@notesnook @Exoscale Costs comparison is always a complex task, especially if you want to do it right. I suggest @cloudmercato as a good place to start. Maybe you could get a better view about @Exoscale?

Some people are wondering where we are storing our data. Here's an official answer. Initially we were storing our data in Singapore using @UpCloud. Before we went open source, we migrated to a new infrastructure based in Germany using @Hetzner_Online.
