"fun" being a requirement for games is what keeps this medium from being taken seriously you're going to tell me Requiem for a Dream, The Downward Spiral, Blood Meridian, Guernica, etc, are "fun"? masterpieces have to be interesting, not necessarily "fun"

Btw gamers will always cry about critics, but every time the power is handed to the gamers they absolutely embaress themselves 100% of the time every single time. This list is an absolute insult to the medium.
My friend lost about 30kg and is crashing out because he just realized how superficial people really are. Folks are suddenly nicer to him, and he's become more visible at work.
This will sound like an obnoxious “only in New York thing” but randomly deciding to walk 6 miles home from work because it’s a nice day and you want some fresh air is really an amazing experience you can’t get anywhere else
