In week 10's workshop, we learned how to write a cover letter properly. I found these top tips are constructive. I believe that with these newly acquired skills and strategies, I will be better equipped to secure the job in the future. #HSBH2009

@nnatalieleung Yes I agree. I read a literature that discusses ways to improve eHealth literacy. I think we can use didactic sessions, workshops, collaborative learning and peer tutoring models to impart knowledge and improve self-efficacy. #HSBH2009

@clstnbae Yes, these are valid and effective strategies. I think we also have to consider needs of digitally disadvantage population when designing eHealth interventions, ensuring that they are easy to use and navigate with minimal training required. #HSBH2009

eHealth has the potential to increase access to healthcare, but it is not accessible to everyone, especially digitally disadvantaged population. How can we ensure eHealth doesn't exacerbate health inequities? #HSBH2009

An interesting tutorial in the Media Lab! I never know that AI can discern if our attitudes are possible or negative by differentiating our voice tone when talking to patients, so it’s very practical for training healthcare professionals !! What a shock for me!! #HSBH2009

In week 8’s lecture, our lecturer gave us an interesting format of lecture by using Powtoon and Prezi to discuss the topic of games in health. Here is a link for someone who is interested in if video games can replace medical therapy. #HSBH2009 youtube.com/watch?v=VJe9nX…

This is a very informative article. Yes, AI has the potential to revolutionise healthcare by improving diagnosis and treatment. It also presents challenges like ethics, privacy, and equity that must be carefully addressed as these technologies continue to evolve. #HSBH2009

This week’s peek into AI in the #HSBH2009 tutorial piqued my interest to learn more about how it can be applied in healthcare settings today. Here’s a link for those who may be interested too: ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/P…

Here is the link of an article that discusses negative impacts of COVID-19 misinformation, leading to vaccine avoidance, mask refusal, and the use of medications without scientific data, resulting in increased morbidity. ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/P…

Personally, the most frequent use of social media was during COVID-19. I used it not only for killing time but to get some information about the pandemic. Online health information requires us to critically evaluate the authenticity, or it will lead to severe outcomes. #HSBH2009

@esthersng_ Personally, I like reading a chapter of a physical book before going to bed. This helps me distracting attention from phone. Besides, I can concentrate for a while and have a good sleep. Also, I like doing a little stretch to relax body. Hopefully this could help :)) #HSBH2009

This week’s #HSBH2009 lecture on the impacts of social media on health made me reflect on my own social media usage (yikes!) and think about how I could use it more effectively so that it'd be less likely to contribute negatively to my health. Any suggestions, anyone? 🤔

In week 5 #HSBH2009 tutorial we engaged in CreatSpace, and I learned different equipments and what they work for. As far as I know, manufacturers used 3D printer to do knee replacements with porous structure which helps to tissue growth and integration.

@nnatalieleung This tutorial was so fun!! I think Unity provides us a very good way to show people different body organs with a panoramic view. #HSBH2009

Learned and experienced the game engine Unity today! It's a powerful tool that can be used for educational purposes, such as visualizing complex models like organs in 3D. #HSBH2009

I was really shocked after watching doctor Karen’s video, because that completely changed my previous perception of physiotherapy that I thought it could not without physical touch. Telehealth bridges patients and practitioners and helps to build better health. #HSBH2009
