Note that they were three owners short last year from making all pushing illegal. Maybe this will change three (or more) minds.

I very much hope the NFL Competition Committee addresses this in the off-season. This just cannot be a legal play any more. Now, only pulling a runner is illegal. All pushing, pulling, or lifting a runner by a teammate should be illegal.

A non-shooting foul does NOT result in free throws in final 2 minutes BUT a shot from beyond half-court is worth 4 points.

When u think about it, football has it all over hoops in how a game’s final minutes go. If one team trails but still has a chance to win, fb offers a thrilling ride. Hoops, we get free throws and no rhythm. Hoops should experiment with different ways to change this. One idea:
