Exactly. No comment. Just deflection and denial. As mentioned before, if you cared so much about bike lanes, traffic deaths, and public safety then get the homeless people out of your bike lane. “No thank you I’ll look the other way and pretend that’s not an issue” When you get a chance DM me your PO Box I have a package for you.

In LA don’t forget to move your car for street sweeping or you get a $73 parking ticket. You also better not leave your parking meter unpaid for 5 minutes. Meanwhile……. #losangeles

@BikeLanesLA Any comment from you guys on how dangerous it is for bikers to have schizophrenic tweakers blocking sidewalks/bike lanes?

Running a small business really opens your eyes to how ridiculous insurance and taxes can be. Then it hits you: you’re basically living in a perpetual welfare state. You’re the one supplying the taxes that fund all these programs you don’t agree with (50 billion allocated overseas in 2026 so far) so others can live comfortably for free while you shoulder all the risk, costs, and burdens as the owner. As a country we’re 39 T in debt. Debt to GDP ratio is 124% and our politicians keep voting to spend more money we don’t have. Both parties are two sides of the same coin. It’s become one big joke and the working class is the punchline.

@robbiehendricks Love it. This still won’t be good enough for the crazy activist. It will still be looked at as “gentrification”

Evil landlord in action: We’re building brand new sidewalks at this ancient property that has been neglected for decades. The residents will surely hate the convenience and safety of this addition! This property was also falling apart so badly that it was only 35% occupied in a submarket that desperately needs more housing. While we could have bulldozed it and built new apartments that no one could afford and pushed out the locals, we decided to fix and renovate every unit, replace roofs, windows, parking lots, and effectively all the plumbing. A dastardly deed, indeed! And the most vile thing? We’re doing this gigantic project, all while keeping rents below 25% of household income so it’s affordable for the local folks. World domination plan is going swimmingly, muahahaha.

Who cares, he’s not forcing anyone to rent from him. People can go find rent within their price range like most logical people do. News flash, nobody’s entitled to live in Los Feliz. Get out of LA and move back to wherever you grew up (guarantee it wasn’t La) if you want cheaper rents. We don’t need any more fake tenant advocate weirdos. Believe it or not, people like are the reason housing is so expensive.

I live in Loz Feliz and there's an apartment above me that has been vacant for over a year. Landlord refuses to lower the rent to incentivize someone to move in, yet buys bigger and bigger for rent signs to put outside the building. The free market is a myth. Landlords are evil.
anna@annakatherines_

Just saw a 400sqft 1 bed 1 bath listed on Zillow in Los Feliz for $3400 and the landlord requires 4x income. Landlord seeking someone making $163k minimum to be happy in a shoebox. Lol. Lmao

@shawngorham I just bought a bunch of new banners/signs/shirts. Every project is an amazing marketing opportunity. It’s important to keep the site clean too. People notice.

I was never a wrapped van branding guy This week my neighbor had some work done at his house. 3 days - two sprinter vans - 4+ guys all in matching shirts NO BRANDING on the vans - plain white work vans. I live in a 1950's neighborhood where upgrades and repairs are always needed (old houses) Not having branding on the vans felt like a massive miss I have changed my mind again - wrap the vans Funny enough my other neighbor had a new roof installed. No yard sign, no signs on trucks, no branding.

My $150,000 mistake I made in 2020: I hired a contractor that I just met on 4 different jobs because his prices were so much cheaper than everyone else. I gave this guy about $250,000 and he MAYBE completed about $100,000 worth of work. Depends who you ask... After leaving my projects 10% finished, he ghosted me, and we never spoke again. He blocked my number, discontinued his email, and apparently was an undocumented alien from Tijuana. One of the perks of buying real estate in San Diego and hiring construction workers :)

The point of massive taxes and spending in blue states isn’t to make government services better, it’s to redistribute wealth and enrich those in the system. By that metric it is extremely effective.

@MarioNawfal Nice! I have a great idea… Let’s have congress pass large spending bills to send our tax money to other counties and fraudulent NGO’s. I think thats a winning plan that should fix the deficit.

🇺🇸 The U.S. national debt just passed $38.9 trillion. That number is so big it is almost meaningless, so here is what it actually looks like in real life. The government is paying $1.8 million every single minute just in interest. Not building roads. Not schools. Not hospitals. Just covering the bill on money already borrowed. Your share as an American citizen is $115,000. Your household's share is $288,000. Think of it like every family in the country being handed a mortgage they never signed for and can never sell. And it is growing fast. The government is adding $7.2 billion every single day. That is like buying a brand new sports stadium every day entirely on borrowed money. The easiest way to picture the whole thing is this. Imagine you max out your credit card and can only afford to pay the interest every month. The balance never goes down. It just keeps getting bigger. That is exactly what Washington is doing right now, except the credit card has no limit and nobody is cutting it up. Interest payments are now the second biggest expense in the entire federal budget. Bigger than Medicare. Bigger than defense. Washington knows. Nobody is doing anything about it. They are just hoping it becomes someone else's problem. Source: @WallStreetMav

🚨A $20,000 drone just changed the price of war forever. Iran's Shahed costs $20,000 to build. The missile fired to stop it costs $2 million. Iran fired 2,000 in the first week alone. You do the math. The Pentagon already did. This is the new battlefield equation: any nation, any proxy, any militia with a credit card and a supply chain can now bleed a superpower slowly and expensively, with no clean counter available. The Shahed already destroyed Ukraine's infrastructure, paralyzed Red Sea shipping through the Houthis, and is now hitting U.S. bases across 12 countries simultaneously. One drone evaded every layer of American air defense and killed six U.S. service members in Kuwait. The U.S. response? They captured a Shahed, reverse-engineered it, slapped "Made in America" on it, and fired it back at Iran. That's how good the original design is. The deeper story: Ukraine spent four years getting hit by these things and became the world's leading authority on stopping them. The Trump administration turned down their expertise eight months before this war started. After the Kuwait strike, they called Kyiv back. The $14,000 American counter-drone is now killing the $20,000 Iranian drone. The cost exchange finally flipped. Iranian attacks are down 95%. But the technology keeps getting cheaper. The autonomy keeps increasing. One defense CEO told Axios we're entering "phase zero of Terminator." He's not wrong. He's just early. Source: Axios Video: Anduril

The very worst salespeople use high pressure sales tactics. They sell you hard. They tell you to act now or else. And they wonder why they’re on their 8th sales job in 7 years.
