मैं CMF 2 pro फोन में चार्जिग में बहुत ज्यादा समस्या का सामना कर रहा हूं लेकिन अभी तक @cmf_support तथा @nothing @nothingindia @cmfbynothing @nothingsupport की ओर से कोई उचित जवाबदेही नहीं मिली है मुझे nothing केयर से भी गोलमोल जवाब मिला। क्या सच में इसकी सर्विसेज इतनी खराब हैं

@cmfbynothing i have a Nothimg CMF Earbuds, whicj apparently are not working as expected...unable to connect. I got this earbuds as prize for some competition few months back(i guess around april/may of ladt year). How do i claim warranty qs i dont even have bill for same?.

De las peores compras que hice son los CMF Buds Pro. -Actualizaciones que joden la batería de uno de los audífonos. -A veces funciona regular la cancelación de ruido. -Cuando le da la gana uno de los dos audífonos suena más bajo que el otro.

@cmf_support I have zero concern. My BUDS 2 PRO has a problem that can't be solved. One side charge just 40%, and when you use go go zero in 20 minutes. The other side charges just to 85%. Either I use like this, or put in the trash. I bought 20.08.24 and it's already not working, sad history

Bought CMF Buds 2a. Right earbud battery drains abnormally fast. Visited authorized Nothing service center. Warranty claim was refused. No replacement or repair. This is poor after-sales support. @nothing @cmfbyNothing

@cmfbynothing your engineers are either less qualified or your technology to diagnose issue with a device is outdated i am genuinely unhappy with your service. Had to go back and for a faulty product and still not have a replacement after explaining multiple times is frustrating.

@cmfbynothing Its been a nightmare. I have ordered a Cmf buds pro from Flipkart for a friend of mine staying in strict hostel and buds came faulty with no replacement option without taking it to service center and even they couldn’t diagnose the problem.
