It’s hard to believe that an event as massive as the FIFA World Cup 2026 is facing such serious issues with the RTB–RTT conversion process. Many users — myself included — have completed the payment, had the funds debited by the bank… and the platform gets stuck on “Processing payment” for over an hour with no confirmation and no update. It’s difficult to understand how @FIFACollect and @FIFAcom did not properly anticipate the demand or ensure the technological infrastructure needed for such a critical step. Fans deserve a stable, transparent, and reliable system. This shouldn’t be happening at the world’s biggest sporting event.

@FIFACollect I went through the process, converted to the tickets, paid, it said processing for 10min then crashed. I see the charge on my account, but it still says I haven’t converted the RTB’s. I keep trying to convert but then I get an error - WHAT IS HAPPENING!!!!!

@FIFACollect I made a purchase of an RTB and it got stuck on the “processing payment” screen. However, the charge has already been made to my card, but the screen still shows “processing payment.” It’s been 26 minutes like this — what should I do?
