I built an AI-powered SaaS product. It's called BidCraft — it helps contractors create professional proposals in 60 seconds. Now I'm trying to get my first 100 users. Following along? I'm sharing everything — the wins, the losses, and the lessons. bidcraft.pro

Built a SaaS from scratch as a solo founder. No team, no funding, just me and Claude Code. BidCraft helps contractors send proposals that actually win jobs. Here's what 3 months of building looks like.. bidcraft.pro

Unpopular opinion: Most contractors don't have a pricing problem. They have a presentation problem. $15,000 kitchen remodel sent as a text message? That's not a quote. That's a gamble. A professional proposal with scope, terms, and warranty? That's confidence.

Contractors — honest question: How do you currently send quotes to clients? A) Text message B) Email with a price C) Word doc or PDF D) Handwritten estimate E) I don't even send quotes, they just hire me Reply below. Genuinely curious.

Did you know that you can worship God anytime and anywhere? It’s not just at church. It can be: - In the car - In your room - In the shower - literally on X One of my favourite things to do is blast worship music while I work behind my computer. For me it’s music.

90% of your offers are AI generated yet you wonder why you can’t get a win under your belt. Trust me, I check my DMs.

Try to outgrow your old life quietly. No announcement, no drama. Just smaller circles, deeper peace, and bigger results.

@KevinSzabo14 Most “they don’t get it” moments are really “I haven’t simplified it enough” moments.

If your audience is confused, it’s not because they’re slow. It’s because you’re unclear.

12,000 views and still can’t pay your rent. You posted 4 times today. Got 12,000 views. 83 likes. 6 new followers. $0 Meanwhile, a 16 year old with 400 followers closed a $2k deal from a DM. Start building an audience that pays. Not an audience that claps.

@heyblake Traffic exposes positioning. It doesn’t fix it.

When leads go cold, most founders assume they need better ads, better content, better funnels. Sometimes they do. But more often, they have a positioning problem wearing a marketing costume. If people visit your site, understand what you sell, and still leave without buying, your marketing is fine. Your positioning gave them no reason to choose you over everyone else. More traffic to a weak position is faster failure. Fix the foundation before you fix the funnel.

Jealousy only drains the energy you could be using to build your own life. When you shift your perspective from envy to inspiration, your whole reality changes. Keep your hands on the wheel, stay focused on your own journey, and genuinely celebrate the people winning around you. Your lane is your lane. Trust your timing and keep driving.

Long copy vs short copy? Wrong question. Right question: "How interested are they?" Cold audience = short, curiosity-driven. Warm audience = long, detail-heavy. Match length to awareness level.
