Our digital people have a hard job and put out a lot of content so this is not an indictment on them. I did not say they should tank. I said I wouldn't mind If they lost and missed the playoffs so they have a chance at the pick. I didn't say they should actively try to lose. I actually said I won't cheer against them winning in that situation but ultimately better to have a chance at the pick than get obliterated by the Cavs or the Celtics.

@PHLSixersNation True, but Hinkie took 3 centers in a row in the draft correct? Too many act as though that never happened. HORRIFIC use of high end resources obviously borne out by the results. Fultz, Simmons, etc only added to the misery.

Being this insanely mid was exactly what Hinkie was trying to prevent with the tanking. The amount of generational resources this team fumbled is unreal. Multiple top 5 picks, multiple max contract slots before Embiid contract. Just painful.
