@GLB_88 They work best if you’re a higher rate taxpayer as they’re tax free, but if you don’t pay tax you may get a better return elsewhere - but then you wouldn’t get the (very low) chance of a big win

Anyone got money in premium bonds? A friend has a large sum in and he often wins, only this week £1,250. A better return than a savings account. I’m tempted to open an account, thoughts???

I really don’t like when you go to pay and the bloody machine asks if you want to tip even when you’re just buying a coffee which is already mega expensive and really awkward when barista is watching !

Just saw @Buzzcocks supporting the Stranglers at @RoundhouseLDN Not a good experience, the sound quality was dreadful. Not a venue I’ll go back if that’s how they treat support bands
