दिल्ली में रिहायशी इलाकों के दुरुपयोग पर बड़ी कार्रवाई की तैयारी 🚨 Municipal Corporation of Delhi ने Supreme Court of India के आदेशों का पालन करते हुए सभी जोनल अधिकारियों को सख्त निर्देश जारी किए हैं। अब उन सभी जगहों की पहचान की जाएगी जहां रिहायशी (Residential) प्रॉपर्टी का इस्तेमाल गैर-रिहायशी (Commercial) कामों के लिए किया जा रहा है। 📌 आदेश के मुख्य बिंदु: ➡️ हर जोन में ग्राउंड सर्वे और वेरिफिकेशन अनिवार्य ➡️ सभी कॉलोनियों (चाहे authorized हों या unauthorized) की जांच ➡️ Zone-wise पूरी लिस्ट तैयार होगी जहां नियमों का उल्लंघन हो रहा है ➡️ डेटा पूरी तरह सत्यापित और सबूतों के साथ जमा करना होगा ➡️ किसी भी तरह की लापरवाही पर सीधी जिम्मेदारी तय होगी ⏳ सिर्फ 7 दिन के अंदर रिपोर्ट जमा करने का आदेश दिया गया है, जिसके आधार पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट में हलफनामा दाखिल किया जाएगा। ⚠️ साफ संदेश: अब रिहायशी इलाकों में चल रहे अवैध दुकानों, ऑफिसों और अन्य व्यावसायिक गतिविधियों पर कड़ी कार्रवाई तय मानी जा रही है। क्या आपके इलाके में भी ऐसे मामले हैं? आवाज़ उठाइए, नियमों का पालन करवाइए। #MCD #Delhi #SupremeCourt #IllegalConstruction #ResidentialMisuse #CorruptionFreeIndia #UrbanPlanning #DelhiNews
