Ransack Trader Joe’s of their 96/4 Ground Beef every single week and you will never be fat a single day in your life
Fail to ransack Trader Joe’s of their 96/4 Ground Beef every single week and your odds of being fat increase tenfold
I DON’T MAKE THE RULES!
A common phrase is formations are cheap, plays are expensive.
I think formations can cloudy up plays. The more formations you use for the same play, the more defenses your players have to figure out.
By limiting the formations for a play you clear up the pictures on that play
@Iplayboxing1@IowaRallyYak My dad didn't put in years working for my grandfather for me to have to make it on my own and I think Congress counts as a real job
Just a friendly warning. We don’t even make $200k per year in Congress despite working nearly 140 days. If we aren’t properly compensated, a lot of us will go to the private sector and you will be left with some real idiots in Congress.
@markkaplan20 Blood pressure meds my dad has been put on them I told him he shouldn't take them. What other options does a 66 year old with high blood pressure have?
I have been writing about heart disease, statins, diabetes, cancer, and hospital food for weeks now.
The threads keep growing. The questions keep coming. I read every reply.
So let me ask you directly.
What do you want me to write about next?
What is the one health topic you cannot get a straight answer on? The one question your doctor brushed off? The thing that keeps you up at night?
Drop it in the replies. I will read every one. The best questions become the next thread.
wtf I did not see this route running on tape. Why did Indiana not use him in the pass game??
I’m all of a sudden hyped about this potential. He looks deadly out the backfield in the passing game based on this clip alone
I see a lot of people saying that De’Zhuan Stribling will replace BA or Jauan Jennings.
He’s not replacing anyone, he’s going to have his own unique role carved out in the offense.
His size/speed/strength profile is something this team has never seen before.
I sleep well at night knowing that the future “quarterbacks” in the NFC West are Ty Simpson, Carson Beck, and Sam Darnold.
This is going to be like an all-you-can-eat buffet.
Zone 2 cardio is the most important training modality most people completely ignore.
Zone 2 is the intensity where you can hold a full conversation but feel genuinely challenged, roughly 60–70% of your max heart rate.
At this intensity, your body preferentially burns fat, builds mitochondrial density, and improves your aerobic base without spiking cortisol or breaking down muscle.
The target: 3 hours per week minimum. That's 3 x 60-minute sessions or 4 x 45-minute sessions.
One year later, how do you feel about this draft class as a whole?
I see, at minimum, three legit rotational d-lineman (Williams could be much more than that), and a starting nickel back.
That's a decent haul.
I hope Martin gets a shot. I think Watkins and James are cooked.
The 49ers 2026 draft class speaks volumes about how they feel about some of their 2025 picks.... WHO WERE ALSO MASSIVE REACHES. When will they learn?!
My 2025 Draft Grades after a year:
Mykel Williams (1.11) : Inc.
Alfred Collins (2.43): B+
Nick Martin (3.75): F
Upton Stout (3.100): B+
CJ West (4.13): B
Jordan Watkins (4.138): F
Jordan James (5.147): F
Marquise Sigle (5.160): B
Kurtis Rourke (7.227) Inc.
Nothing against Martin, Watkins, or James. The team didn't give them a shot and already drafted replacements without seeing what they had. That's on the org.
Tony’s Draft Grades Tonight:
2.33 WR De’Zhaun Stribling: B-
3.70 EDGE Romello Height: A-
3.90 RB Kaelon Black: B-
I know most of you hate the Kaelon Black pick, I’ll link my film analysis of him below. Really like the player.
I haven't watch new 49ers RB Kaelon Black since Feb. I am rewatching today to try to justify the 49ers taking him at 91, and so far I understand it. I'm not sure how he slipped by me.
I will be posting my All-22 film analysis of him shortly with a few clips and a long breakdown.
