Did some work over spring break and got new PR's for an exit velo of 74.3 mph and 225 lbs squat! Saw my hard work pay off with the 1st game back hitting a bomb & a gap double. @CardsCarriker @SBRRetweets @CoachAB_ @GradumGswing

The strongest opponent you'll face is the doubt in your head. It whispers, you’re not good enough, not capable. But that voice is not truth, it’s habit. Train your mind how you train your body. When you learn to lead your thoughts instead of fearing them, you become different.

Your mind is powerful, but the goal isn’t to be happy all the time. That’s impossible. Stop waiting for things to be perfect to find JOY. It can be both. Frustration and success. Sadness and joy. What you seek, you'll find. The key is where you put your attention.

Choosing to find the good in life is a discipline. Every day you have a choice. To look for the good or focus on the bad. It doesn’t get rid of the bad, but it sure beats focusing on it so much.
