So many JUCO HC’s taking MM(LM?) assistant jobs. Better to be the boss at a D1 JUCO or work for someone else at a small NCAA D1?

PLAYERS: Mental toughness doesn't mean you are more talented than someone else. It usually just means you can be more consistent and resilient than someone else. This is a great way to differentiate yourself and gain an edge. Go from average-to-good or good-to-great.
