@OK_CoachMove Playoffs results hs doesn’t mean great coach. Some of best coaches are ones who don’t have much talent and get to regionals when should have gotten best out in districts. Some coaches have great playoff success and they are great coaches. Some because they have great talent

Required qualifications for a school that has not been very successful in basketball recently. I don’t know about this. I’ve seen some great coaches come right out of college recently, veteran coaches that get out for a bit, etc.
