Send this to the a woman you love reminding her to lift some weights, go on a walk, drink some water, and be kind to herself. Many of the women in our lives make sure everyone else around them is thriving, often at the cost of THEIR well-being. Remind her to take time for herself, invest in her health, her strength, and her peace.

There's fitness professionals who use social media, and there are "fitness influencers". They are not the same. Fitness has become overwhelmed by people with good habits selling people with bad habits pills, powders, potions, and products they don’t need. It was supposed to be about teaching the basics, removing barriers, and championing consistency, effort, and commitment.

Those who reach their fitness goals don't get too low when they make a mistake, they stay relentlessly consistent. Take your health one walk, one workout, one meal, and one day at a time.
