A humanoid robot is learning to pick tender tea leaves under the guidance of workers at a West Lake Longjing tea plantation in Hangzhou, east China’s Zhejiang Province. With AI recognition models and algorithms, the robot is capable of identifying and locating leaves that meet harvesting standards.

Hit me with the harshest reality truth.

The more you dive into biochemistry... The more you realize how important every. essential. mineral. is for the human body. You really can't skip out on any of them. Take a mineral like molybdenum for example. Just skipping out on that will have trickle down effects starting from sulfur metabolism... All the way down to methylation, enzyme activation, and even iron metabolism. And its like that for all vitamins, minerals, and essential amino/fatty acids. Manganese, Boron, Phosphorous, Selenium, Chromium, Iodine, Tryptophan, Methionine, Leucine, Histidine... The list goes on and on. And they're all interconnected. Low B3, for example, could cause high levels of tryptophan and low levels of B6, iron, zinc, magnesium, NAD, and NADP. That's why you need to be eating nutrient dense foods and in surplus. You won't get away with just eating muscle meat long term. You need shellfish, organs, dairy, eggs, bones, fruits, and VEGETABLES. A lot of diseases are really just mineral dysregulation in disguise. So make sure you are hitting your daily intake requirements. 🪻🤍🪻
