Just to give everyone a update on my recovery process. I underwent a full lateral root meniscus repair. Just about 3 months ago. Since then I have been In pt consistently 3 times a week. With me just regaining the ability to walk 4 weeks ago, I am hoping to start training and getting ready for my senior season. Thank you to @coachkerrigan as he has helped and guided me throughout my whole recovery process.

Great day competing at a flag tournament hosted at Boston College. Later in the day, I attended a camp hosted by Franklin Pierce University in partnership with @Mass_Madness_ and was honored to receive an award. Grateful for every opportunity to compete and get better!

I am beyond grateful and excited to start my next chapter of life and of football @FSUFalconsFB. @CoachRMillard I’ve seen trainers only post the kids they “train” that go D1. It’s sad for the kids who work just as hard, if not harder, and go to a lower level.

300x5 need more depth but overall great progression. AGTG
