Every year Brad Underwood has some of the best rebounding teams in the nation
They WORK ON IT
This is a great drill to work on catching with strong hands and landing with a firm base
Go get the ball with 2 hands

3 on 3 NO DRIBBLE
Great for players at all levels
It’s crazy how many hoopers can get to college with no idea how to help their team unless they have the ball
Also teaches that it doesn’t always need to be a ball screen

The best hamstring exercise you’re not doing -
Gliders.
I wish I started using these years ago.
My athletes hamstrings have never been healthier.
Gliders provide what’s missing in most hamstring programs: biceps femoris length and a touch of pelvic stability
They don’t beat sprints, RDLs, or seated hamstring curls.
But fit perfectly on low days
And can be the missing piece for athletes with a history of hamstring issues
Thanks to @justintmayo for the clip.

Do more hill sprints.
Hamstring strains are the #1 injury in contact sports
and its one of the biggest reasons athletes never develop one of the most valuable qualities in sport -
Speed.
Hill sprinting is a smart way to reintroduce high-speed running if you’re cautious about hamstring injuries.
The incline naturally shortens stride length and reduces peak hamstring strain compared to flat sprinting.
Yes — nothing replaces flat max-velocity sprinting.
But you have to be conditioned for it.
Hill sprints help bridge that gap,
building speed exposure while managing risk.
