@CoachA523 Coach, as a Dothan native, I distinctly remember your teams back in the day at Malone High. Looking from the outside, they appeared to have demonstrated all five of those traits. You did an exceptional job of coaching your guys. Professionally, I learned a lot from your teams.

A few traits of high trust teams:
1. Lots of positive energy and focus
2. Players trust their training
3. Excuses do not exist
4. Communication is open
5. People compete fearlessly.

At times as coaches we gotta take our own advice and take care of ourselves. These last few days in the hospital with stroke level blood pressure really opened my eyes cause I couldnt control the outcome. Thankful for @CoachOMcKinley who was in the right place at the right time..
