4pm ride close 😳 I still think that no matter what the crowds are, 4pm is too early for Alton Towers to close. A theme park and resort of this size should be open until at least 5pm, even on off peak days!
Shared by #WDI images of the proposed #LionKing ride set for #DisneyStudiosParis. Why build a second water ride after Frozen in Northern France where it is cold and wet much of the year? Wouldn’t a climate controlled ride be the better choice.
@PeterSciretta I think people forgot that how to train your dragon already has two pretty successful lands at smaller parks too. Both heide park and motiongate have how to train your dragon
It’s weird to me seeing people suggesting that How to Train Your Dragon isn’t a big enough franchise for a theme park land. Aside from it being one of the best animated trilogies ever made, it’s not like the movie was little seen.
It made $1.6 billion worldwide, making it the 13th highest-grossing animated franchise.
That’s almost as much as the Cars franchise (which has its own land) and is more than Monsters Inc, Secret Life of Pets, Lego Movie, all of which have rides or lands in other parks.
The world building of this franchise makes it ripe for a theme park land.
@AerialAmusement@dnicholls_ Just because your recent photo is of the closed park doesn't excuse your previous post being when the park is open. Just because it's legal doesn't mean its morally right
