@StrengthDebates This shouldn’t be a hot take. Extremely accurate. A lifetime of training for baseball makes one very proprioceptive. Baseball players (talking about pros or high level) can catch a pass, throw a football, handle a basketball through traffic to the rim.

Hot Take Put a baseball player in any sport and he will compete Put an athlete from any other sport into baseball and they aren’t able to compete

Boys played some good ball together for their 1st big tourney of the year! Lots of growing to do but definitely will be a special group in the future

@sam_gzstrength Training for a little over a year on an NLP. Squat- 325 Bench- 185 Press- 140 Deadlift -365. Those are working set numbers.
