I don’t understand, it seems the people using this are using Codex or Claude. If you’re using them, then how hard is it to have it make you your own version that suits your needs exactly?
I had a menu bar built in 1 prompt and customized a few things in a second prompt and now it lives in my menu bar and I can toggle sleep on or off right from the menu bar.

We found and fixed two issues that could explain this degradation of the capability of GPT-5.5 in Codex over the last ~ 48 hours.
We are monitoring over the coming hours to fully confirm and I will reset usage limits this evening.

Codex team is aware of reports of GPT-5.5 performing worse for some users and investigating. We don't have anything conclusive yet and systems are healthy but we will share updates as we go.

For Codex, we’ve been thinking about keeping a stable release cadence and have a larger release each week on Thursday. That does make the start of the week and bit less exciting. Thoughts?

I have a daily standup automation in Codex that just asks me what I'm working on and how things are going.
Today, Codex noticed my time zone changed and so it automatically updated the automation to run in the morning for my new local time 🤯

@_lopopolo I personally still like Plan Mode because it often asks insightful questions when my prompt is vague. As I agree with your point, so I'd rather have a "Question Mode" that focuses only on asking useful clarifying questions.

Plan mode is bad since you won't read the full plan closely and have no claim to the actual instructions you are giving the model.
Better to prompt lazily, observe what is actually bad, use the actual bad stuff to make your codebase better, throw away the bad result, and reroll.
