According to your theology, God eternally decreed every choice you will ever make Your nature, your desires, your thoughts, your final decisions... ^ All of this was ultimately fixed by God's decree before you were even brought into existence So let's cut through the 🐂💩 Could you have chosen differently than what God decreed? - If yes, then God's decree can fail and Calvinism is false - If no, then your choices are determined and you could never have done otherwise You can't escape that dilemma by repeatedly saying "I chose what I wanted." Your wants, nature, actions... were all predetermined by your god Every jot & tittle of history was scripted - you do not have live options If you're gonna call that "free will" then you've stripped the term of any meaningful distinction from determinism

If I have a pet Lizard and name him Jesus and then recite what that dude did you wouldn't call me a Christian. You'd say that lizard is a false Jesus. The Trinity is important.
