Back in 2023, I was sharp leading Zoom calls, reading markets like maps, trusted by clients worldwide. Now, I’ve stepped away to start fresh. Learning frontend dev from scratch. It's not about keeping up, it's about growing into someone better.

Working on Code Nebula taught me a big lesson: Creativity is good! but not everywhere. I solved a task creatively, broke project standards, and couldn’t explain it clearly to the team. In scalable projects, code must be understandable by others, not just correct. Learning...

Humbled to share that We’ve started building Code Nebula A code evaluation platform inspired by LeetCode, CodeChef, and Codeforces. This is still early-stage but I’ll be sharing our progress, lessons learned, and technical insights as we build step by step.

@GoldManeDesign Sounds like a solid learning journey. Team projects especially teach lessons you can’t get solo. great to know you also experienced this😊

@codebyrashel I completed an 8-month course in Frontend, and we had a lot of opportunities to communicate with fellow students on Discord, then after a technical interview got a mentor and had a 1-month final project in a team of 3 - great experience indeed.

I came from a non tech background, and learning alone nearly broke my consistency. So I built a small circle of seniors and like-minded learners and everything changed. We shared, discussed, solved problems faster, and pushed each other to grow. If you feel alone, connect.

@Syntergictrader Love this perspective. Helping teams actually use tools effectively and see tangible results is way more rewarding than just delivering a product. True partnership makes all the difference.

Favorite part of building Syntergic Bridge? Seeing a client’s team go from overwhelmed by AI to empowered by it. When creative potential gets unlocked and the ROI shows up-magic. That’s why it’s about being a true partner, not a hit-and-run vendor.

@maxrojasdelgado Impressive progress in just a month! Definitely agree that posting consistently and celebrating each tiny achievement is the best way to keep momentum. It’s proof that showing the journey, not just the outcome, matters.

day 33 building Finixhub: TL;DR: it has been an awesome first month! Finixhub is getting noticed and lots of progress This time my update is different. I consider myself a data guy, well, is my 9-5 at the end.. so for that reason today I bring some numbers because is always good to keep track of the progress even if nobody is looking. In the past month that I have shared this journey I have achieved: - 731 session in Finixhub website - 32 People in waitlist and willing to be beta users (4.3% not bad for my first experiment) - Almost a fully working MVP that I feel proud of. Also, personally I have achieved: - Earn my first $30 in Twitter - Verbal agreement to work in a project worth $1.5K ( I'm just waiting for initial steps!) - get 102k impressions in X - get 280+ followers I recommend to anyone that is hesitating about to start posting in X to cut the crap and start. Each day, Each small win takes you closer to the goal.

@noechague momentum comes from consistent action, not waiting for perfect conditions. Every small ship adds up to a story people notice.

I didn’t expect this part of building a startup: The more we ship, the more the story writes itself. We started with nothing. No audience, no roadmap, no funding. Just 3 founders, an idea, and an insane goal: Hit 1,000 beta users in under 30 days. This week: → Crossed 660+ unique visitors out of nowhere → Hit 627 beta users → Designed a brand-new onboarding → Our posts hit 230,000 impressions Momentum isn’t magic. It’s shipping fast, showing up every day, and letting the internet judge you in real time. We’re not slowing down. Feature #4 drops next. Buckle up. 🚀

If AI replaces entry roles, who becomes a senior later?

Rashel H.@codebyrashel·
Companies keep posting “junior” roles that require senior experience and AI is a big reason why. AI is doing the routine work freshers used to learn from, so some teams avoid training altogether. Short-term savings. Long-term talent gap.

When I first learned React, I made a total mess — pages inside components, 500+ lines each, and even 2 React apps (client & server) inside one project 😅 Senior devs on Discord roasted me (kindly) & taught me how to rebuild it right. Lesson: fail fast, learn faster. 💪

On Oct 16, 2025 I made one of the boldest decisions of my life. I sold my most treasured possession and invested it all into myself. From this day, there’s no turning back. I’ll fight, learn, and grow until I build the life I dream of. This is my promise to never give up.

@andrewbaisden I am truly amazed, as I have neither encountered nor heard of some of those names before. It appears that the process of learning is indeed perpetual, as it continually reveals new discoveries🥲

We started with create-react-app and somehow ended up with: Next.js, Gatsby, Remix, Redwood, Blitz, Vite, Astro, SvelteKit, Nuxt, Qwik, SolidStart, Fresh, TanStack Start, T3, Hydrogen, Waku… JavaScript doesn’t have frameworks; it has a multiverse 😅

Because of our consistency, real software engineers stepped in to support us. They teach React, give us chances to join projects, and even allow us to experience enterprise-level development. Consistency opened those doors.

Literally today, for the first time, I caught ChatGPT making a mistake and it even admitted it was wrong. I was just running a simple loop code, and when I saw the result, I was completely shocked. If I could show this vibe to other coders, it would be a weapon in itself.
