@martynroper You really think it’s because of the vaccine rollout? If that is the case, why are we seeing the uptick of cases? I’d so many have had the vaccine, why is it happening? Possibly due to the vaccinated needing boosters? Are the vaccine doesn’t protect the community?

After a year without Covid, Cayman has community transmission. We remain fortunate that no one is seriously ill. No doubt that our successful vaccine rollout has had a strong impact on limiting virus spread. Last week UK sent 11,000 additional doses for Cayman’s booster campaign

@cayCompass Hmm, that’s interesting since HMCI is claiming it’s 15 new cases. Which 11 or from the community. But the better number is out of all 15 new cases, 13 are vaccinated
