Its amazing 95% of my app's drop off in registration happens the second they see a credit card field. Any thoughts on bypassing that?

I so dislike @PayPal's perpetual practice of putting offers (PayPal Credit, Facebook Messenger integration, etc.) inline with a purchase. UI tricks that serve PayPal, and not the customer.
