@omuinetimi Hey bro! I'm 3 or 4 weeks behind as well. Basically got 2 weeks into the JS lessons and then have been taking care of a family member that was in the hospital and is recovering and work is still full force too so I had to drop 100Devs. I'll pick it up and be catchup crew in June!

Damn. I’m at least 3 weeks behind on #100devs class. Been dealing with personal matters as well as a lack of motivation so I haven’t been super active on here. I guess I best be hopping in catchup crew, who else is trailing a lil bit? 😭 Also, where’s my bro @codeysandiego ?

@bytesbybianca We flew through those. It's crazy how much more effective it is even working with one other person to create some code than struggling on your own!

Also, @codeysandiego called while working through javascript tasks. I was like, “oh no, I haven’t done the reading. I haven’t done js in a few days idk idk I won’t be helpful” An hour later, we hung up and I looked at my editor and was like, wow that’s js. YOU DID THAT 🥲✨

@codeysandiego Oooh thanks for bringing that up! It actually does lag only when maximized in my desktop. Otherwise, it's very smooth on smaller browser widths!

@Murffeus Thanks for the heads up... the JS was included in the template - I'm sure it could use some tweaking to optimize the pageload time.

@codeysandiego Did you do the JS or was it included in the template. I checked the site out and allowed it to fully load but for some reason it still has a large delay when hovering over the different subject. Not sure if that can be tweaked in the JS

@codeysandiego This is so pretty!!!! ❤ I'm not sure if it's just for me, though, but the page scroll lags quite a bit when I go through the header/Academics/Athletics section despite refreshing a few times. But it could just be my browser 😂
