Thought I’d add these here for future reference. Looks like I have a lateral skew in terms of thickness. Can’t measure density as I don’t have the tool. I didn’t think to measure both shoes! 🤦‍♂️

So I had a try of the FAST (or TAS?) after reading your study @codiramsey ... I don't have a durometer (I think they are >$500 right?). I also couldn't figure out how to use the formula! I'll put my efforts in a reply to this post. Am I just too dumb for this!? :)
