I don't understand the companies that want their employees to come into the office for a few days a week. Some activities work better when employees are in the same room (e.g., workshops or brainstorming sessions), but do they occur several days each week? I don't think so. Also, it's not like there's less interaction online. It's even more because it's easier to connect with team members.
