Carlos Lool was picking up supplies for his popular Los Angeles restaurants, La Granja Rotisserie and Fuego Rotisserie, when ICE detained him. Lool was charged with a felony, second-degree assault, in Connecticut in 1997, and a former employee tipped off ICE that he had a firearm stashed in the restaurant, which violates his parole.
