b of a wasn't able to unblock the card. alaska customer service wouldn't give me the time of day when i tried to ask for help. now, it's past midnight, and the pass is supposed to expire. is my companion pass just wasted? doesn't seem right.

@IRSnews @IRSnews "payment status not available" should be a bit more descriptive. there are multiple reasons one could get this result, and it should output the reason. not helpful and unacceptable.

@Airbnb took payment after I explicitly told them they were not authorized to. I could not remove my credit card from file. Their new refund policy won't refund any of this back to me. Shame on them.
