Golf legend Tiger Woods was charged with DUI after a vehicle crash in Jupiter, Florida, on Friday afternoon, the local sheriff said. I’m assuming you didn’t watch the hearing. If this is your report there’s no way you took the time to get the facts straight. The only one not following the rules is the @NCAA. It was obvious that zero effort went into reviewing any of the information submitted on Trinidad’s behalf which was evidence of indeed complying with their rules for another year of eligibility. This was a hearing that did nothing but highlight how corrupt and biased the NCAA really is.

I’ve been asked many times why the NCAA doesn’t transfer state court lawsuits to federal court using “diversity of citizenship” as a basis for jurisdiction. It can’t. As an unincorporated association, the NCAA is considered to be a citizen of every state in which it has members.

The final page of Trinidad Chambliss' lawsuit vs. NCAA includes this from the Assistant AD for sports medicine from Ferris State. "(The illness impeded) Trinidad's ability to consistently engage in athletic activity including weight training, conditioning and football practice."

Trinidad Chambliss vs. NCAA has officially been filed in Lafayette County Chancery Court. Also the NCAA appeal on his denial will be heard next week. I expect him to be Ole Miss’ quarterback next season.
