OK, I just got the weirdest scam that honestly any person might’ve fell for. It was a fraud alert phone call and it said it was for one of my credit cards. It said press one to make sure this is you. Then it immediately texted me a code and said in order to stop the fraud please enter the code that we just sent you. Luckily working for the AG‘s office I knew this felt like a scam, and I did not do it. I immediately called the bank and asked if they had been calling me and they said no ma’am that is definitely a scam. Do not ever enter a code if you get a fraud alert from your bank. Don’t fall for it if you get this call always check with your bank.
