This is literally the first point of contact a brand has with the company. And THIS is the impression they're giving of the agency and its artists. So I have to ask… how many opportunities have these INCREDIBLE artists lost because of the staff's lack of professionalism? When is the CEO going to hire more staff? And actual professionals who can do their jobs properly. Because at this rate, they're just damaging the artists' image and making them lose major brand opportunities.
