First of all, let’s remember the example of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and Khadija (peace be upon her). Their concern was always the people especially those suffering from hunger and hardship. That is the foundation of compassion in Islam. Now, if you claim to represent Islam, then you should reflect on your own actions first. Today, we see that some GCC countries are spending tens or even hundreds of millions of pounds every year bringing luxury cars to places like the UK for a few months. Imagine what that amount of money could do if it were directed towards feeding the hungry, supporting children, or building schools for those in need. So before blaming others, ask yourself are you truly following the values you speak about? Islam teaches responsibility on an individual level. Even in the story of Prophet Noah (peace be upon him), his own son was not saved simply by association. Every individual is accountable for their own actions. You cannot shift responsibility or use religion selectively when it suits an argument. What we are seeing instead is noise, propaganda, and misplaced priorities while real issues like hunger, poverty, and education are being ignored. And one more thing aligning yourself with powerful countries does not guarantee respect or acceptance. People are not blind. They understand the difference between reality and empty narratives. If you truly believe in Islam, then show it through action feed the hungry, support the weak, and invest in the future of children. That is where real responsibility lies.
