@NoushardMUFC What a crock of shite two weeks ago you were tweeting about how carrick has found a system that unleashes Bruno one defeat and suddenly its doom and gloom you wouldn’t of won against the other teams with amorin in charge now that’s a fact

Amorim ball operated with two 10s behind the striker and Bruno joining them high. That meant creativity in the final third wasn’t coming from one player it was coming from multiple angles. Bruno, Mbeumo, Cunha, Amad drifting inside, Dorgu overlapping, Sesko occupying defenders. When you pin a defence with that many threats, goals can come from anywhere. That’s why the team was scoring more and creating better quality chances. The build-up was structured, movements were coordinated, and we were constantly forcing set pieces because defences were under pressure. I’m not pretending Amorim’s system was perfect. It had flaws. But its biggest strength was the final third structure players knew where the next option was before receiving the ball. Carrick ball is the opposite. There is no clear attacking structure. No defined patterns in the final third. It often looks like 11 players running basic drills and hoping individual brilliance saves the day. And that’s the biggest problem with it long term. Football at the top level cannot rely on improvisation. Players need automatisms. They need to know: •where their teammate will be •where the next pass is •who attacks the space •who arrives late in the box That’s what systems do. They drill behaviours until they become instinct. Without that structure, sharpness drops, timing disappears, and attacks become predictable. That’s why Carrick ball feels ….. showmore

Amorims system made sure that if Bruno wasn’t performing or didn’t have his day we still performed well as a team by sharing some of the duties but now once Bruno doesn’t get his day we are back to being mediocre on and off the ball. Carrick ball isn’t the truth please. Other players look clueless

@NoushardMUFC One defeat and you are all writing carrick off, two weeks ago he was a genius for turning things around honestly when people ask what is wrong with man united after the owners it’s the entitled fan base that follows the club who live on social media spouting shite

So there are other people noticing what we’ve been concerned about with Carrick Shortening the training period, letting them arriving late and less physical work wasnt meant to improve the team but rather put smiles on the faces of the players That’s where the entitlement begins, if you demand more on the pitch since they are used to being pampered, they run to the media to make interviews and cryptic posts We already saw that with ole Gunnar thru Rashford and the likes of Sancho, Garnacho wanted to try it with Amorim and was uprooted immediately, Kobbie is trying to do the same thing These interim jobs are meant for short term results, after Carrick has handled us to the end of the season, let’s give him a standing ovation and let him off We need a manager who is going to set stardards so high, hold players accountable and himself too, This type of mediocres aimed at putting smiles on faces of players won’t work no more. It’s about time they sweat blood, run like mad dogs and give results, as fans they will have our respect then That’s the culture Carrick is babysitting. Interim managers are supposed to chase short-term results, not run a player therapy center. If Carrick takes us to the end of the season, fine. Give him a handshake. Give him a standing ovation. Then move on. Because Manchester United doesn’t need another manager whose biggest achievement is keeping the squad happy. We need someone who walks in and raises the standards to an uncomfortable level. Demand more running. Demand more discipline. Demand tactical responsibility. Demand accountability from the players and from himself. Right now too many of these players are living like celebrities and performing like passengers. That era needs to end. No more pampering. No more protecting egos. No more managers trying to be liked. It’s time these players sweat blood, run like mad dogs, and deliver results. That’s when the fans will give them respect.

This is why I’m pretty confident he doesn’t want/won’t get the job ~ he’s shortened the training sessions, made the arrival times later, less physical work, this is likely boost morale, get players onside and put smiles on faces but that lack of sharpness physically will catch up. It’s been pretty notable over the last few weeks how much the team has dropped off on/off the ball, even the urgency off the ball when there’s space to hit. It’s one of the reasons he probably wanted to keep players like Sesko / Amad as fresh as possible for injections of pace in latter stages of games.

Now that the dust has settled, let’s be honest about Carrick’s football. Yes, the results look good. But outside of that Mancity and Arsenal performance, where is the clear identity? I haven’t seen anything structurally better than what Amorim was building. It’s mostly counter-attacks, moments, and individual quality. And if we’re being honest, that’s the exact formula that fooled us before. That works in short bursts. It doesn’t win leagues and the Champions League unless we are just comfortable qualifying for the Champions League every season. United can’t make the same mistake again - giving a permanent job off a good run without asking bigger questions. We need a coach for the next five years, not just the next five months. If we’re serious about competing in the Premier League and Champions League, vibes won’t be enough.

It's different system bro! They compliment under Carrick Notice how Bruno had to go help Mainoo in the 8 position dropping deep, and mainoo moved up to the 10 position! I think that's how he got the assist System are different! I respect Carrick for making it work. However we need a midfielder! Upon the game Mainoo had today you would expect a 7 rating, he narrowly escaped a 5 rating. MAINOO needs to work hard more! That's all Amorim demanded
Ben⚘@TheBenanya

Look how Mainoo Casemiro midfield pivot has ran City and Arsenal to the ground. I wonder what Amorim was thinking fr

Had an American fan message me she is surprised we could tour over there again, shocked we pulled it off. Financially it’s crippling, taxes & Trump tariffs making it impossible for touring artists from UK. Zero help from local government over here. But @AndrewCushin is doing it!
