Bigger clubs noticed. RB Leipzig called. He reached a Champions League semifinal. Beating teams with triple the budget. Then Bayern Munich. Pressure everywhere. No patience. League titles followed. But criticism did too. Now Germany trusts him. National team coach. Still learning. Still adapting. From injured teenager to elite manager. Not because his body failed. But because his mind refused to stop. If your path changes early, as a coach, good. That might be where your advantage starts.
