I have literally THE hardest time putting my thoughts/ideas into PowerPoint in a visually appealing way. The struggle is real and I’m worried this will eventually hinder my career. How can I learn this skill?

@dmadelung Distributed migration, now with the SharePoint migration tool or scripted with ShareGate or built into Quest. Multiple machines, mutiple accounts... doesn't remove throttling, but the planning effort pays for itself in the reduced time.

Planning for a 1PB+ file share migration to M365 and would love to hear anyones tips or horror stories from migrations this large! Tools? Permissions? IA? Throttling? Timeline?
