the thing transphobes never seem to understand is that the academic consensus in biology, medicine, and health sciences is that trans people are valid and transitioning is best practice to alleviate gender dysphoria in trans people. no matter what they say this remains true.

@rebeccarleton @eliepink_ You're referring to DSDs, disorders of sexual development, which are disorders of either male or female humans. It doesn't mean there are 3 or more sexes, or that sex is on a scale, or someone can be both. Males with a DSD are still male and females with a DSD are still female.

@eliepink_ None of those proves a biological or neurological basis for "trans." In fact, they are all couched in language indicating the works are all exploratory. As for brain studies, our brain patterns are characterized by neuroplasticity. Gay men & women have similar brain patterns.

I have a twin sister. This is not something a singleton like you would understand. Your claims my dysphoria is worth less than yours and makes me a man are worthless. You have no idea the existential horror it is to grow up next to the person you were supposed to be. Every milestone. Every birthday, every friend, every family member. Every waking moment of my early life where the person right next to me, my twin sister, gets treated the way I should be treated, like a woman. A fresh hell you couldn’t possibly understand. By your twisted transmed logic, my level of dysphoria must make me one of the truest transsexuals to ever live. But I don’t believe in that gatekeeping nonsense you do, any level of dysphoria is valid to me. People don’t need to share my suffering to be trans. And you are just as valid a trans woman as I am even when you see me as a man🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍⚧️

@nyaraVT There's no such thing as a man who's a woman. For a man to believe he's a woman is the definition of mental illness. Women have a right to exclude mentally ill men who demand access to women wherever and whenever they like. THAT demand is also the very definition of patriarchy.
