Actual hunger doesn't create psychological obsession. It creates mild physical sensation. Food addiction creates psychological obsession disguised as hunger. Your body has 100,000+ calories stored as fat. It doesn't need food every 4 hours. Your brain, conditioned by processed food and constant eating, thinks it does. The difference between need and addiction reveals itself when you stop feeding it. If skipping breakfast creates anxiety, the problem isn't hunger. The problem is dependency.
