In honour of the closure of the metaverse, I would like to re-up one of the worst videos ever recorded.

Try this experiment: Don't eat until 2pm tomorrow. If you can do this without thinking about it: You're not food-dependent. If you spend 9am-2pm: - Thinking about food constantly - Feeling anxious about missing breakfast - Checking the clock repeatedly - Fantasizing about your next meal - Feeling shaky or irritable You're food-dependent. Actual hunger doesn't create psychological obsession. It creates mild physical sensation. Food addiction creates psychological obsession disguised as hunger. Your body has 100,000+ calories stored as fat. It doesn't need food every 4 hours. Your brain, conditioned by processed food and constant eating, thinks it does. The difference between need and addiction reveals itself when you stop feeding it. If skipping breakfast creates anxiety, the problem isn't hunger. The problem is dependency.
