i also called and talked to representatives who told me that they also didn’t see where I had been given any $ or credit for a trade in, just for them to transfer me to a “higher up” who told me theres nothing they can do about it

@ATT you guys are scammers. i traded in an iphone 14 pro to your fairfield location and was never given $ for it. Im currently paying and have been paying full price for this phone, after I paid my old phone off for around $500 just to be able to trade it in.
