@pietviljoen We contribute to CIDs as well and they have teams cleaning the neighborhood. So we are actually paying double. For the record I have not seen any city “cleaning” teams in the area

Thanks to Daily Maverick, we have some images of what is happening on the cattle vessel docked in Cape Town. Animals are living in their own faeces. Having insufficient access to water and medical care. They are being transported to Iraq in the most cruel and deplorable conditions just so they can be slaughtered in accordance with their medieval religious practices. This is completely unacceptable. We should be able to obtain a court injunction to stop the vessel from proceeding, remove the animals and have them humanely euthanized. Where are our political leaders?
