@meinnyc130 I loved growing up in Queens in the 50s. Parents didn’t give a shit where we were. Had to take city bus to Catholic school. Big deal when my dad who was Art Director of NY Daily Mirror took me to work in the summer. And ordered my first egg cream.

Just read: Audrey Rose. Bad news: Frank de Felitta is a crummy writer of dull prose. The good news: he’s got a decent plot about a reincarnation gone bad. Early scenes of a stranger stalking a young girl are the creepiest; the flashbacks to Audrey Rose’s horrific death also work
